General Construction

In 2001, general construction activities commenced with the acquisition of Singapore Piling & Civil Engineering Private Limited, together with Singa Development Pte Ltd, its wholly owned subsidiary.

Singapore Piling & Civil Engineering Private Limited is registered with the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore under A1 classification for both Building (CW01) and Civil Engineering (CW02). A1 is the highest classification of registration under Building and Construction Authority that enables it to tender for public sector contracts of unlimited value.
