Property development is highly synergetic to the Group’s broad construction expertise. After completing the first development, Nature Mansions, at Lor K Telok Kurau in 2003, the strategic decision was taken in 2006 to revitalise the activities in property development in Singapore.

BBR Development Pte Ltd is the property development division of BBR Holdings (S) Ltd. Its 100% owned subsidiaries include SP Holland Hill Private Limited, BBR Kovan PteLtd and BBR Property Pte Ltd. It owns 48% of Tennesse Pte Ltd. All its subsidiaries focus solely on the core business of real estate development.
BBR’s business strategy for Property Development is to focus on niche projects and develop residential properties in prime locations and to position itself as a boutique developer.

A Prime Milestone – at 8 NASSIM HILL
BBR Development Pte Ltd entered into a joint venture with Shing Kwan Pte Ltd to develop an up-market residential development at 8 Nassim Hill. The development is undertaken by a joint venture company, Tennesse Pte Ltd, of which BBR owns 48%.
8 Nassim Hill is a prime freehold property in district 10, located in the prestigious Nassim Hill area and within walking distance to Orchard Road and The Botanic Gardens.
