About Us

Singa Development Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1979 and has a paid up capital of $6.5 million and a turnover of more than S$100 million. The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore Piling & Civil Engineering Private Limited.

Since its inception, Singa Development has successfully completed numerous institutional projects, residential development, commercial complexes, warehouses, civil engineering, conservation and restoration projects.

Singa Development is registered with the BCA under the following workheads:

• CW01 - General Building (Grade A2)
• CW02 - Civil Engineering (Grade B2)
• CR01 - Minor Construction Works (Single Grade)
• ME04 - Communication & Security Systems (Grade L1)
• GB1 - General Builder Class 1
